職務内容 The Position:
This is an Assistant Manager position in charge of managing a consulting team.
Based in Tokyo and encompasses a full control responsibilities. The successful candidate will support a leadership position within its Payroll & Benefits Team under the Business Services Department, conceiving practical and creative ways to engage leading talent. The team takes an empathetic and transparent approach, driven and motivated to be knowledgeable partners to our candidates and hiring managers. We are collaborative in problem-solving, with high resourcefulness and tenacity in challenging situations.
必要なスキル・経験 Required Skills and Experience:
Manage a consultant team between 3 and 6 people.
Delivering payroll services to clients, including payroll calculation, preparing monthly payroll reports, year-end adjustment, etc.
In-depth knowledge of Japanese payroll and relevant Japanese Labor Law, including familiarity with processing and filing requirements relating to income tax, health, pension, and labor insurance
Proactive and able to think independently for the good of the team
