Engine and Exhaust Systems Sales (Tokyo OR Nagoya)
Responsibilities:
- Customer Strategy Implementation Support
- Achieve defined targets my managing all relevant activities
- Ensure high data quality by documenting and maintaining all projects
- Support and prepare project related negotiations with customer
- Report to Account Manager/Global Account Director and/or Program Director for cost optimization
- Support the pre-calculation of prototype- and serial production and define conditions
- Sales planning
- Lead order& acquisition focused customer meetings as well as negotiations
- Develop customer relationships & maintain strong relationships
Background & Experience:
- Good communicator, fluent Japanese & business level English
- 3-5 years of experience in the Automotive Industry
- Engine/Exhaust experience preferred
- Experienced managing multiple projects
- Experienced negotiating with customers
- Proven team player in an international environment
Compensation
- Minimum 7M to 9M per year depending on background
- 10% company performance bonus
