THE COMPANY
Our client is a leading, global entertainment company.
THE JOB
- Manage of a group of 5 people that handle FP&A, accounting and management reporting
- Provide oversight for the preparation of the financial budgets, forecasts and multi-year strategic plans
- Provide support for new business development
- Provide cash management support
- Ensure that our channels satisfy all Corporate compliance requirements including SOX
- Provide technical accounting support as needed and manage a group to accurately perform monthly close process and corresponding analysis to ensure that all financial information is recorded accurately and aligned with our client's policies and USGAAP
- Provide routine reports of activities to head office finance including monthly finance update calls
- Involvement in ongoing and ad-hoc business projects
REQUIREMENTS
- A university degree equivalent
- A minimum of 10 years of finance and accounting experience
- Management experience – will manage a team of 5 people
- Excellent organizational and project management skills
Ability to effectively work with and support various constituencies
- Strong Financial Planning and Modeling skills
