We are currently looking for Swedish speaking staff to join our Swedish team.We’re looking for a candidate with a very positive attitude, strong written communication skills, the ability to troubleshoot a student’s problems with a strong willingness to help people, also keeping high attention to detail.You will be working closely with our international team, learning our current process of helping students and providing guidance to students via e-mail and Skype.The Tokyo-based headquarters of our company supports students who want to live and study in Japan. Our office atmosphere is friendly and casual, as there is no dress code and people are free to interact with each other regardless of department. 5 days a week, from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm (in case of part-time, both morning and afternoon shifts are available)Compensation: Depends on experiencePreferred skills/experienceYou need to be a native Swedish speaker.* Perfect written Swedish communication skills with an attention to detail.* Be highly organized and able to meet strict deadlines and quotas.* Have at least 1 year of customer support experience.* Be eligible for visa sponsorship* Fluent in spoken and written English in order to communicate with our team.
