Exciting Opportunity to join a leading Luxury Hotel in Tokyo as Director of Events, with a talented team in a very international environment. The Hotel is famous for it's customer orientation and diverse environment, which makes guests keep coming back for more. Expectations:
Work closely with internal teams and direct Events Management for as many as 500 events per year with corporate clients to achieve the total event sales revenue goals
Team Management- manage a team of 6 of highly skilled experienced individuals and lead people development and succession planning through various corporate training and cross exposure programme
Requirements:
Past experience in Sales and Events Management
Business level English and Intermediate level Japanese
Foreigners with relevant background and Intermediate Japanese levels are welcome to apply
