As a Sales Operations Analyst, you will engage in both strategic operations as well as day to day operations. You will partner with the Sales teams to drive revenue, craft and execute sales strategy, and lead all internal systems and sales learning programs to drive productivity. Responsibilities :-Drive sales productivity such as sales planning, analysis, reporting, business reviews, account management, process/policy/tools improvement & implementations, sales trainings, etc.-Collaborate with Japan sales management teams and other sales operations members and become the strategy and operations backbone.-Provide insights and recommendations to senior management and partners in the Sales, Finance and Marketing, and Support organisations critical to maintaining or developing long-term relationships with key brands and agencies. -Managing day to day operations as a subject the matter expert (e.g. SFDC) and task approver (e.g. account transfer).-Work closely with global and international operations team to implement global initiatives.-Be an extended team member of global sales learning, you will design and implement new hire sales programs, sales learning programs and create local initiatives as needed. Requirements: -Minimum 2 to 3 years of operations, program or project management experience-Strong skills in spreadsheet and presentation software-Strong coordination skills and interpersonal skills, particularly in international environment-Self starter, self-independent, adaptable, goal oriented as well as detailed oriented-Committed on results while dealing with ambiguity and conflicts-Comfortable working across multiple functions/ business units, leveraging influencing skills.-Excellent verbal and written communication skills, both Japanese and English-BA/BS degree or equivalent. Marketing, finance, business, or related field of study is plus. Bonus Qualifications-Experience in the digital marketing industry and familiarity with popular digital advertising platforms.-Experience working with sales operations function/ similar function in other companies-Familiar with SQL or any other form of database querying language a plus.-Knowledge of complex analytical packages including, but not limited to, R, SPSS, Stata, and SAS.-Management consulting experience a big plus.
