FP&A Analyst

RESPONSIBILITIES         

·         Assist Japan General Manager (GM) and Finance Director (FD) in developing the Japan 5-year plan, including financial analysis / modeling, scenario planning and revenue / margin / EBIT and cash flow calculations.

·         Work with commercial leaders in Retail, Business-to-Business, Operations, E-Commerce and Marketing in financial planning and analysis.

·         Analyze current and past trends in key performance indicators including revenue, cost of sales, expenses and capital expenditures

·         Monitor performance indicators, highlighting trends and analyzing causes of unexpected variance on a monthly basis

·         Support the Finance Director in overseeing and managing the continued development of Budgeting and Financial Forecasting

·         Ad-Hoc Reporting and Analysis as requested by GM or FD.

·         Quarterly and Monthly Financial reports for headquarters



REQUIREMENTS

·         5+ years of experience in Financial Planning and Analysis, ideally in a retail industry

·         Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

·         Business level English
