Responsibilities:System expert represents our client and provides all presales technical support and technical account management and presentation.Use multiple skills to train and demonstrate for partner and customer; helping them to understand how and why to deploy our client business solutions.Contribute to the design and integration architecture of Internet information services appliances including DNS, DHCP, Security and Network Automation solutions.Partner effectively with team members to ensure problem resolution and customer satisfaction.Assist Account Manager or Partner to close opportunities.Provide both strategic and day to day technical expertise and support for targeted and assigned accounts.Manage, develop and maintain strong, successful relationships with sales teams and key end-user customers for continued business growth.Support the sales effort in answering RFPs and delivering POCs.Facilitate smooth transition from sales to implementation by orienting the appropriate teams to the solution design.Manage the timely, accurate and quality delivery of our client products and technical support, as required to meet sales goals.Where required, act as the single face to the customer on all technical issues focusing on customer satisfaction.Requirements:8 to 10 year experience managing technical sales of Enterprise Networking and/or Security solutions to corporate accounts.Hands-on expertise in networking technologies including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, LAN/WAN, Routing, Switching, Firewalls, IPv4/v6.Strong UNIX O/S knowledge and Active Directory experience would be a plus.Good interpersonal and presentation skills, with ability to articulate complex technology.Ability to troubleshoot and solve technical problems.Self-motivated and flexible.Ability to work in the field frequently.Spoken and written English and Japanese required.Preferred Skills:Experience in the DNS, DHCP and IPAM (DDI) space puts you at the front of the lineCloud and/or Security knowledge highly desirable.Professionals with superior people skills and a good sense of humor highly desired.Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering/Science or equivalent
