THE JOB
• Set the budgets for sales, efficiency KPI’s and store costs together with stores in line with country goals
• Define and communicates the strategy to reach the goals together with the area team
• Continuously follow up on attainment of objectives with the stores
• Mainly work on service level, planning accuracy, efficiency and stock level
• Analyse together with the area team reasons for deviations to the budgets and take actions on them together with the stores and area team
• Initiate and take part in frequent follow up and information meetings with store management
• Communicate regularly with support office, area team and stores
• Constantly develop working methods
• Be ambassador for profitability mind set
REQUIREMENTS
Retail management, retail finance or retail + accounting/analysis background ideal
University degree or equivalent
