THE JOB
Leadership of accounting and administration team in Japan
Ensure financial transaction processing, record keeping and reporting in compliance with relevant policies and legislation.
Monthly financial reporting to global headquarters.
Prepare and file statutory reporting.
Review of monthly, quarterly and annual reconciliations.
Facilitate annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes.
Various financial controlling and reporting, hereunder local management reporting, KPI’s and follow-up on costs vs. budgets.
Continuously develop, improve, update and deploy relevant financial and administrative procedures and processes.
Surpvise IT administration
Supervise payroll, recruitment and HR administration
REQUIREMENTS
A university degree or equivalent
Ability to lead small team while also achieving results as individual performer and through peer group.
Good knowledge of financial reporting and internal control standards.
MS-Excel skills.
High standard of personal integrity
Proactive self-starter
