An American global automotive electronics supplier composed of multiple businesses that design, engineer, and manufacture vehicle cockpit electronics products and connected car solutions for a wide variety of major automakers worldwide.

Job content


- Management of prototypes of mass produced electronic components. 

- Prototype orders and deliveries.

- Proposal / presentation / price negotiation of prototypes / mass-produced products.

- Internal deployment and adjustment of schedule and quantity of shipment / delivery.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customer department.

- Purchasing department, technical / quality related department, other departments and employees who place order / delivery of products.

- Handle customer needs and resolve any issues.

- Coordinate with other internal departments.

- Coordinate with quality department, program management, purchasing department, logistics department, technical department

- Coordnate with overseas counterparts/

- Support sales strategies to JOEM customers

- Acquisition, analysis and reporting of customer and product related information necessary for formulating sales strategy

- Support for management in developing sales strategy


Required skills / Experience

- More than 5 years of experience selling to a JOEM Manufacturer

- Knowledge of automotove industry & parts supplier industries

- Excellent communication skills in Japanese and English

- Negotiation skills · Relationship building skills 
- Someone who is results oriented, responsible, motivated, and able to execute.

- Team player

- 1 + years overseas is a plus

- 30 - 45 years old

- Native Japanese, Business Level English
- Bachelor's Degree required
