THE COMPANY
Our client is a global consumer goods company.

THE JOB


Support all aspects of the forecasting and budgeting processes including: coordination and facilitation of internal forecasts and analyses, reviews with senior management, and presentation of key metrics, which include following but not limited to: - Prepare Annual Operating Plan and quarterly forecasts, including analysis on cause of change and sensitivities.
Partner with functional leaders in developing the vision and strategic plan for the business, leading financial analysis, recommendations and communications of various strategic initiatives across the business units.
Communicate and liaise with finance leaders locally and at global headquarters to complete various reporting and planning deliverables.
Work with Japan shared accounting team as well as regional shared services teams to resolve any reporting discrepancies and address questions related to forecasts and actuals. 


REQUIREMENTS


A university degree or equivalent
A minimum of 3 years of finance and accounting experience
Experience of forecasting, budgeting and long-range planning
Logical and analytical thinking, attention to detail
Ability to identify potential problems or discrepancies and recommend / implement solutions
Self-motivated, entrepreneurial spirit with ability to deal with ambiguous and fast-paced working environment
Able to work through challenging, multiple deadlines
Strong team player with solid work ethic and willingness to learn and take on new tasks
