RESPONSIBILITIES
· Manage Accounts Payable Team To Ensure
o All Invoices Are Accurately Recorded Into SAP Within Agreed Turnaround Times As Per SLA
o Invoices Are Correctly Approved By Authorised Staff
o All Supplier Accounts Are Reconciled To supplier statements, with anomalies cleared timely
o Debit balances reported and cleared on a regular basis
o Vendor Master Data Support Wire Payments
o Queries Are Resolved And Communicated Timely
· Manage Billing Team To Ensure
o Billing Process Runs Smoothly And Efficiently
o Client Invoices Are Issued And Sent To The Client According To Agreed Terms
o Requests From Local Office Regarding WIP And cost transfers are executed timely
· All invoices and supporting documentation are filed
o Queries are resolved and communicated timely
· Manage T & E process (performed by Billing Team) to ensure
o T & E reports are processes in a timely manner
o AMEX interface management
· Manage Account Receivables process (done by Billing Team) to ensure
o AR collections are managed effectively and in timely manner
o AR aging reports preparation
o Bad Debt Exemptions submissions to Company
· Provide valuable feedback to staff through annual performance appraisals and goal settings program.
· Handle month-end reporting process
· Manage audit process (client, external and internal) when necessary
· Manage document archiving process
REQUIREMENTS
· 5+ years of experience in AR, AP and T&E in both hands-on and supervisory roles
· Experience of managing people
· University degree or equivalent
