Product Manager(Commerce Platform)

The Role 職務内容

We are looking for highly motivated and passionate Product Manager to build new commerce experience for customers. We are trying to integrate commerce experience between offline and online, and we will bring "Digital ways" to all commerce experience and operations dramatically.

In this situation, you need to work with business people and IT people to understand what are business requirements, what are business opportunities, then prioritize requirements, design solutions, work with Designer to create UI/UX, work with Engineers to implement them. In addition you need to lead operations.

You have responsibilities for multiple brands under the company.

Responsibilities
・Create user stories which are seamless between EC and store
・Design requirements for products, services
・Design user interfaces, API interfaces
・Drive a project to launch products/services successfully, involving engineer, test and infrastructure etc
・Design operation and deliver to stakeholders

Minimum Qualifications 必要なスキル・経験
Requirements
・5+ years Product Management experience in EC service, Internet service company
・Understanding of customers, and ability to engage to collect product requirements
・Ability to create hypotheses and drive testing to tackle complex problems
・Leadership skill to drive people
・Data-driven approach with the ability to leverage data to make decisions 
・Excellent communication skills
・Comfortable communication in English and Japanese

Preferred Qualifications
・Working experience for Global Product is a plus
・Understand agile development method, and SDLC(Software Development Life Cycle)
・Understanding of the latest technologies around EC, Web is a plus
