Job Content:
Reported to Regional Accounting Officer and manage 1 manager and 3 staffs
Oversee largest business entity within region, accounting processes in preparation of balance sheet reconciliations and journal entries.
Responsible for making recommendations in improving the overall reconciliation process and cleaning the various balance sheet accounts.
Approve and check journal entries for accuracy, making sure the account information is correct.
Manage month end close and run necessary reports by closely working with AR/AP/Inv/BI teams as well as stakeholders at operation entities
Prepare and analyze monthly Hyperion financial reporting packages and report results to operation entities
Oversee the operations of the accounting department, including the setting up the team’s goals and objectives
Requirements:
More than 8-10 years of finance and accounting experience (both on Accounting and FP&A is ideal)
Process improvement experience
Excellent communication skill on both Japanese and English
Experience managing the accounting team and dealing with other departments and people in the different group companies
Working experience in multinational companies and dealing with overseas offices
Proficient in Microsoft Office
High degree of understanding of Accounting.
Qualifications in CPA, 2nd Grade of Boki, would be plus.
