Overview: A multinational automotive supplier based in Europe, providing a wide range of products to auto manufacturers and after-market
Mission:
Is the customer interface for R&D activities world wide
Develop, animate and support world wide R&D network for his customer
Define product strategy for his customer
Develop business with his customer
Responsibilities:
- Customer interface for R&D activities
- Develop customer intimacy, including Top Management Level
- Promote technologies and innovations
- Propose and animate advanced development contract with his customer
- Validate all technical communication towards customer
- Develop, animate and support world wide R&D network for his customer
- Up date and analyze customer specifications
- Define standard documents/answers for his customer
- Is responsible for information sharing through world wide R&D network
- Makes sure all product are developed with latest best practices
- Define product strategy for his customer
- Collect all informations on customer’s product strategy as entry point for TDP / CDP
- Validate technical roadmap in line with TPL’s strategy to satisfy customer needs for next 5 years
- Define benchmarking activities linked to his customer
- Define productivity roadmap for next 3 years for his customer
- Develop business with his customer
- Make sure customer intimacy is at expected level globally
- Anticipate customer needs for future RFQ
- Define and validate product strategy for RFQ answer
- Is responsible to get DC/TPL agreement on technical commitments
- Is responsible to get customer green light on technical offer
