Our client, a high end luxury fashion brand, is looking for a new Finance Manager to join its team. This is a leadership role, and will work closely with the Japan CEO and European HQ.
Job Contents:
· Manage all finance functions and staff, manage team of three
· Work on business plans and strategic plans with CEO
· Analyze financials, liaise with overseas offices, and develop business plans
· Manage costs & budgets
Requirements:
· Strong finance background, ideally in a retail business
· Leadership and strong excel skills
· Ability to liaise confidently with overseas offices and non-Japanese professionals
· Strong communication skills in native level or very fluent Japanese (including reading and writing), and fluent English
