Job Contents:


You will be involved in overall business management and management accounting operations that are necessary to support the company's long-term growth strategy. 



• Budget formulation: work related to the overall budget formulation cycle, such as linking business strategies with budgets, creating budget schedules, and communicating with business leaders

• Forecast contrast: Analyze forecasts of financial figures and KPIs 
• Review budget progress with each department head, create monthly report to management

• Analysis work: Analysis work related to management issues that occur each time and suggestions for improvement based on analysis results

• Standardization of operations: various tasks to increase productivity, such as investment criteria, project evaluation methods and evaluation templates
• Other: Performance and progress management of the business supervised by the financial due diligence, business evaluation, and other series of finance in M & A




Requirements:



• Experience and basic knowledge of accounting or management accounting work (USCPA, bookkeeping level 2 or higher)

• High understanding and logical thinking about business management and financial analysis

• Business-level English Verbal, Writing, Reading skills

• Excel skills that can analyze large volumes of data with speed

• Presentation skills to organize facts and to explain simple and logically
