パワーステアリング業界において、顧客と同社の開発チーム間との技術窓口をお願い致します。

・関連部門と連携し、顧客の要件に基づいて技術提案書を作成
・顧客の要件を分析し、解決策の提案と交渉を行う
・書類の翻訳（日本語、英語）
・関連製品の情報収集と提供

Job Contents:

As the key technical interface between the development center of the customer, Tier 1 in the EPS market,
and our core development team in Europe :

- Build up good customer relationship and look after personal contacts at the customer whilst realizing personal
  and departmental targets / objectives.

- Analyze, understand and structure customer requirements – functional and non-functional.
  Keep structured trace of these requirements

- Contribute to create technical proposals together with core development team (system, safety, HW and SW)
  based on the customer requirements

- Explain, negotiate our solutions and proposals to customer

- Collect, create and provide technical presentations to Japanese OEM customers and
  keep the relevant our organizations constantly informed of their activities

- Keep core development team, project leader and management regularly informed of the activities and status

- Write visit and development reports and provide other written and oral reports necessary to support the activities

- Provide Japanese/English translation on documents, when necessary

- Gather and provide technical and commercial market information relating to electronic products

Requirements:

- 3-5 years experience in Automotive industry

- Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics

- Japanese and English languages (written and spoken)

- Strong interpersonal, leadership and communication skills

- Resourcefull, open, outgoing and self-motivated

- Understanding of Japanese business culture
