Content Producer

Role & responsibilities:


Prepare email campaigns according to each campaign schedule, using the Oracle Responsys email marketing tool
Manage email and APP push notification marketing campaigns end-to-end, including targeting, set-up, testing, execution, reporting and optimization.
Support the website marketing team in the day to day running of the website and APP
Monitor the website daily, facilitating the quick and efficient resolution of any errors. Be responsible for all website checks
Work with multiple CMS systems, working closely with the technology teams to ensure smooth running of systems
Ensure the exact timing of the daily update of content aligns with email newsletter sends and the upload of new product
Own daily updates for the website and APPs, including producing daily updates of the homepage, navigation, content pages and other content elements
Ensure all content is tagged correctly, enabling the tracking of performance with Adobe Analytics
Maintain and develop excellent relationships with other teams within the business

Skills & abilities required:


Previous online content production experience, preferably in fashion retail
Experience with Oracle Responsys email marketing system (Training will be provided)
Experience with CoreMedia Content Management System
Understanding of HTML and CSS. No coding is required
Experience with  Excel, Photoshop and Website Analytics tools is a plus
Ability to work well under pressure
Great attention to details and can spot mistakes quickly
Ability to work independently with excellent time management, prioritize work effectively, judging the relative importance of conflicting demands and planning actions in order to meet deadlines
Sets a good example with a positive attitude and exemplarity behavior
Language: Advanced fluency in English required (training and internal communication will be in English). Conversational Japanese.
