Job Description
1. Responsible for the display supplier quality management and final management results.
2. Understand the main competitors’ product quality, standard specification, and has the ability to obtain information, optimize the technical specifications of products, ensure the quality and material cost of the relative competitiveness of company products;
3. Supplier quality management ability, drafting the risk solving plan. Solving key point and difficulties for quality management.
4. Lead the supplier system certification, audit and quality performance evaluation, develop supplier quality management strategy;
5. Establish and improve the supplier quality management system, promoting the continuous quality improvement, ensure the quality of product delivery;
6. As display’s quality management expert, providing effective display quality management guidance to HQ.

Requirements
1. At least 10 years' display quality work experience in the industry (such as R&D, Process& technologies management, Quality management), Familiar with the display (TPLCD, AMOLED ) process, equipment and key technology, product design and supplier process quality risk identification and risk treatment plan, quality problem solving ability;
2. Familiar with supplier quality management, having excellent analytical ability and problem shooting ability.
3. Have good teamwork and communication skills, and cross-cultural and environmental adaptability;
4. Have the Six Sigma Black Belt / senior quality qualification certificate; ISO9001/TS16949 and other international quality system and relevant auditor qualifications preferred.
5. Bachelor degree or above, Chinese and Japanese as working language, English or Korean preferred;
