Senior FP&A Analyst

Job Description
You will report to the North Asia Finance Director and perform the role as below:

Job Summary:
The purpose of this role is to be the key business partner for the Marketing Commercialization Director and teams across the APAC region.

Job Content:
•Work with Marketing Commercialization team across APAC to lead financial analysis for new product launches, product launch post completion analysis, long-term category planning with the Platform and pricing analysis
•Drive Profit & Loss improvement projects including Stock Unit reduction, competitive plans, share growth plans and etc.
•Perform month-end activities including managing, accruing and reconciling agency fees and marketing expense
•Own financial budgeting for marketing expenses and new product launches as part of budgeting process for the company
•Ad-hoc requests from cluster and Platform marketing commercialization teams and or Finance Director

Requirements
DESIRED SKILL REQUIREMENT/COMPETENCY/EXPERIENCE
•At least 5 years of experience in FP&A areas
•Strong accounting and financial skills
•Japanese and English language capabilities (must - advanced/native level)
