Job Description
1. Develop and optimize UI/UX of website for driving ecommerce sales.
 Plan, define and implement website changes and improvements
 Create wireframes, storyboards and user flows to effectively communicate with potential customers
 Monitor key performance indicators on the website and develop plans to improve them
 Collaborating with creative hub, outside resources and web hub to generate the best contents.
 Work closely with Ecommerce Team and Digital Advertising Team to execute new campaign, site optimizations and enhancements effectively
 Regularly review and report competitors’ activities and market trend
 Control workflow, to capture signoff such as Legal, IP, Creative Head, brand manager, and other stakes holders
2. Maintain website / CRM content for daily activities and new digital campaign.
 Assemble and revise websites with using CMS, SITECORE and Adobe Experience Manager
 Create and modify appearance and setting of site.
 Test websites on UAT site
 Manage localization of web contents provided from the Group
 Fix links that don't work and pictures that aren't appearing properly.
 Test different browsers/device and ensure people with different computers can access a website.
 Develop and manage landing pages for each specific target audience and track conversions
 Manage SAP/CRM tool to set up online campaign coupon and prices
3. Digital hub support.
 Required to work with digital Hub and the Group to share knowledge and act as a support network.
 Regular catch ups with Group in order to report the progress of projects and understand focus of the Hubs.
 Support the Group digital team for online project QA.
4. Managing Global IT project.
 Work as the key link between the Japan local teams and Head Quarter teams
 Manage project scope and monitor progress against project plans.

Requirements

English / business level
 Japanese / native level
 Passionate about online ecommerce business
 Minimum 5 years work experience.
 4 year college degree (Business, engineering or related field)
