Company Overview
My client is an American chemical company from the US that is looking for a talented Financial Analyst to join their growing team here in Japan. They currently have around 50 people based in Tokyo, and have successfully enjoyed year-on-year growth to build their brand into a market leader not just in Japan and APAC but also across the US and Europe.

Job Description
•Have general knowledge and experience in AR, AP, GL and Expense, and provide solid and accurate operation. Main responsibility is supposed AR, but is not limited. Subject to the org needs and capability, may take one or multiple responsibility (ies) flexibly.
•JDE system timely and accurate operation with it.
•Provide necessary support under instructions by FA Controller and/or FA Senior staff on a timely basis to such as:
quality month-end/year-end reports and analysis
External Auditors for interim and year-end audit activities
Ensure to submit the governance reports timely and accurate
budget and forecast of the Regional Cost Center and strictly comply with the deadlines set by Corporate
Monitor the foreign currency exposure and ensure to strictly comply the corporate FX hedging policy
Be responsible to forecast cash flow and manage the payment per the cash payment plan

Requirements
•Graduate junior college or more.
•2nd grade of Boki is welcome
•Working experience in MNC with at least 3 years
•Experience of using ERP; Oracle JDE system is a big plus
•Basic knowledge of both J-GAAP and US-GAAP
•Basic Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements
•Proficient in relevant computer software
•Effective communication skills in both Japanese and English (JPN: Native, ENG: Conversational)
•Positive thinking, problem solving skills
