Job Description
This position is critically important to drive business growth for the newly launched online fashion store. This position is responsible for flawlessly producing and optimizing email and push notification campaigns according to plan. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in a similar position, having managed multiple simultaneous targeted email blasts.
The Email Marketing Specialist must build, test and optimize email campaigns. This position must work in very close collaboration with the sales planning teams in Tokyo and London. This position will report directly to the Head of Off Season Japan in Tokyo.

Prepare and build HTML for emails and push notifications according to the sales plan. Use a variety of software, especially Oracle Responsys and Adobe Dreamweaver
Manipulate data and target emails to key customer segments to improve performance and customer experience
Take responsibility for ongoing testing, reporting and analysis of email campaigns to ensure continuous optimization across all platforms and devices
Work closely with Email Marketing team in London for training and learning best practices
Assist the Sales and Marketing teams for lead generation projects to increase subscribers

Requirements
Excellent understanding of email marketing best practices
Ability to multi-task with solid organisational and time management skills
Experience using enterprise-class email marketing software (email service provider) including conditional/dynamic content
Basic understanding of HTML and technical proficiency with managing dynamic links, deep links, tracking parameters, etc.
Experience working in a fast-paced environment with competing deadlines and priorities
Highly analytical with excellent reporting skills
Must enjoy working collaboratively across multiple teams in a multi-cultural and global company
Must stay flexible and organized even in a constantly changing environment
Business English required: training, weekly meetings, daily emails and reports will be in English
Business Japanese is also required for daily communication with teams in Tokyo
