Job Description
■Roles and responsibilities
General accounting tasks (Routine activities and business support):
・Entry into ERP system (SAP) to complete local ledger
・Operate Japan’s month end close through cooperation with APAC Shared Service Centre
・Manage Intercompany reconciliation.
・Operate fixed assets entry, release to asset classes and related matters.
・Support Monthly/Quarterly Balance Sheet review package with Accounting Leader in Japan
Audit and other statutory processes
・Support group audit
・Support local statutory filing
・Support quarterly disclosure reporting
・Support Tax team
■Key Interaction with:
・Global Accounting teams
・AP finance, Japan finance
Requirements
・Native Japanese, Business English
・At least 3 years of Accounting & Finance experience
・ERP knowledge (ideally SAP)
Must Have:
・Work experience at a business company
・English (TOEIC 700)
Desirable:
・Big 4 experience
・CPA
