Job Description
As an Application engineer, you will be the one bringing your customer to the next breakthrough in Operational Efficiency and Product quality using your gift of talents, intellect, experience and enthusiasm, as well as having fun!
•You'll be responsible for developing rules/dashboards (using OTRules/OTPortal, expert rules-based engine/daily operations data Portal) that will insure the improved operational efficiency and quality of the customer’s distributed test operations, and for providing daily customer support on collected data from various test operations
•You'll ensure that every customer is treated professionally with respect
•You'll define Priorities for your account (day to day support, new functionalities, training, and up-sale activities)
•You'll attend and lead regular meeting with the customers (Weekly updates, Bug and feature request reviews, etc.)
•You'll be accountable to grow your account measured in Quarterly Business Review (Customer satisfaction, Return on Investment, Response rate, Up-sale/contract renewal)

Requirements
•At least 5~10 years as an Application, Test or Product Engineers in Semiconductor testing areas.
•Proficient on ATEs (Automatic Test Equipments), such as Advantest 93000/T2000/T65xx, Teradyne UltraFlex/J750, and others
•Good understanding of the device testing program development process
•Proficiency in C and C++, Visual Basic, & Perl will be given preference
•Various experiences working in semiconductor testing areas in ATE companies (or local semiconductor companies) will be given preference as well
•Having proficiency with JMP, Excel, other analysis tools will be a plus
•Experience in Yield/Product/Test Aspect
•Ability to learn and work independently in multi-cultural environments
•Ability to establish efficient communication with customers, and to handle various issues working with the headquarters(HQ) in Israel
