Accountant or Senior Accountant (Title decided upon experience) NEW !
職務内容 MISSION STATEMENT:

Prepare accurate, transparent, and timely financial information, including but not limited to profit and loss statements, balance sheet, and other reports, for both internal and external customers. Support the management members with various financial analyses utilizing the world class accounting skills and knowledge.


MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

40%: Close financial books monthly and annually in accurate and timely manner including preparation of reporting package

20%: Analyze and report financial results to senior manager and manager including the plans for financial improvements

20%: Support Senior Manager and Manager with ad hocs as needed --examples are funding, internal controls

10%: Preparation statutory financial statement and handling the external auditor

10%: Management and control 2 temporary staffs

INTERNAL:
CEO, VP, Directors, Managers, all staffs, MHAP Finance, Marketing department, Customer Service department

EXTERNAL:

Statutory auditors, tax auditors, tax consultants, banks, vendors


応募資格 Education: University graduate is a must.

Languages:Native speaker of Japanese.
Medium English skill (reading & writing) – able to conduct e-mail exchange

Professional experience:

- 3 years or more experience working in Finance area (including Accounting and Tax)
- Accounting experience at global business

Technical & management skills:

- SAP experience would be a plus but not a must
- Knowledge of IFRS is a plus

Personal & interpersonal skills :

- Good communication skill as the person has to communicate with various people in other departments
- Team player
