Looking for an experienced Controller (or Sr. Finance Analyst)
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Net sales reporting for both actual and budgeting
- Net sales adjustment booking in SAP
- Comprehensive customer process management, from review of contract to cash collection
- Handling cash collection process and invoice issuance process.
- Supervision of cash collection process and invoice issuance process, prepared by A/R assistant.
- Adhoc net sales analysis for Finance Manager, Head of sales and CEO
Requirements
- At least 3 years of FP&A experience in international company
- Native Japanese and business English (reading/writing, speaking)
- Some SAP experience is a plus
- Good project management ability and process oriented work style
- Good communication skill not only within the team but also with other department members
- Resilience and flexibility, capability to work under pressure in fast moving environment
