Job Description
•Assume responsibility for instruction, curriculum design and development of English as a Second Language (ESL) courses for non-native English speakers, with focus on the Business and Intercultural Communication
•Provide written and verbal communication of student progress
•Participate in corporate language testing process, program review
•Coordinate the local language training and assessment program
•Act as a leader for extracurricular student activities
•Interact professionally with all internal customers using strong interpersonal skills
•Ability to work evenings if required

Requirements
•An MA or Bachelor’s Degree in ESL, TESOL, ESOL, English or Applied Linguistics, or at least 1 module of DELTA diploma.
•Experience teaching English as a second language
•Professional mannerisms and confidence
•Strong interpersonal and communication skills
•Strong service-orientation
•Attention to detail
•Flexibility, reliability, discretion with confidential material

【DESIRED】
•Preference will be given to candidates that have three (3) years of experience working with ESL and foreign-born adults in a workplace or educational setting
•Experience with multimedia instruction (using PPT or similar applications, projectors)
