Job Description
- Provide legal advice for all areas of business
- Provide legal services and managers over a wide variety of issues
- Work with company management on legal matters as well as providing legal advice
- Monitor and implement legal and regulatory functions
- Implement and ensure that compliance standards are set for both country and company standards
- Provide training on legal and compliance
Requirements
- English and Japanese skills
- Strong technical knowledge, strong business sense
- Bengoshi or foreign qualified attorney
- Proactive and willing to get involved with the business
- Great communication and problem solving skills
- Willingness to work with a team in a multinational environment
