Our client is a successful Private Equity firm. Despite being relatively new, over the last few years they have averaged one deal a year. The managing partner has a long track record with top tier PE funds and strong connections with investors. Given their success and recent deal closings they need to expand their team with an analyst.
Job Description
The primary responsibilities will include:
* Deal modelling and Due Diligence
* Execution Support
* Working with team members on Portfolio Company operations
Requirements
* Japanese native with good english
* Strong skills with numbers
* Candidates from the Big 4, FAS or M&A advisory teams preferred
