Job Description
・Plan and manage call representative training programmes
・Produce service level reports and escalate any issue
・Support educational seminars and Face to Face events with relevant departments
・Plan and run efficiency outbound programmes with the contact centre team
・Run Key Support Processes (Training, Reporting, forecasting etc.) according to managers/Supervisor’s instructions
・Support Call Centre System enhancements
・Handle inbound/outbound calls (including First Dial calls)
Requirements
・JSDA License: Sales Representative
・More than 3 years in Retail Financial Industry
・High investment literacy and strong educational knowledge & background re Personal Investing
・Relevant knowledge of investment trust and financial market
・IT literacy: Microsoft applications, Operate internal/external systems
・Excellent telephone quality skills and strong commitment & hospitality for customers
