Digital IT Manager at World Leading Cosmetic Company
Job Description
Own all technical aspects of the Digital platform ensuring maximum system availability and rapid delivery of projects, features, enhancements and fixes to ensure competitive User Experience
Lead consolidation of marketing/consumer engagement technology platforms across multiple websites under Adobe Experience Manager
Partners with the Business Stakeholders and Leadership to oversee Digital Platform roadmap to support Digital transformation across various Mattel brands
Maintains a strategic view of the digital commerce landscape, keeping current with industry best practices and making recommendations to achieve business goals and revenue targets
Collaborates with IT and Business peers to support a true omni channel platform with Operations, Retail, Finance, and Business Intelligence capabilities
A data driven leader who proactively identifies opportunities to enhance site experience through analytics and innovative technologies. Acts as trusted partner to business leaders
Provide transparency and regular status to Senior Leadership Team, as well as IT Leaders by establishing and continuously improving KPIs
Requirements
Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills with ability to evaluate situations, identify core issues, fact-find, and promote thoughtful business solutions

Ability to work with global teams and websites
Strong oral and written communication skills (ENG / JP)
