Job Description
The Android Developer’s responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Develop Android applications and their integration with back-end services
• Work alongside other engineers and developers working on different layers
• Understand Architecture Requirements and ensure effective Design, Development, Validation and build applications for the Android platform
• Manage and execute against project plans and delivery commitments
• Manage the day-to-day activities of the engineering team with and Agile/Scrum environment
• Perform implementation reviews, advocate for new product features and ensure the prompt and proper resolution of technical challenges
• Understand performance, scalability and software development best practices
• Adhere to the organisational guidelines and processes

• 企業の開発ガイドライン、プロセスに則った開発

Requirements
• Strong knowledge of Android SDK, different versions of Android, and how to deal with different screen sizes
• At least 3 year experience in Android application development and maintenance
• Planning, coding and operations with Android app
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools such as Git
• Able to demonstrate UI/UX improvements experience
• App quality improvements
• Have a ‘User Centric’ mind
• Have depth of understanding of software testing
• Enjoy working in a dynamic and highly collaborative team
