Company Overview
One of the world's largest chocolate company is looking for a senior accountant to join their finance and accounting team in Gunma!
Job Description
Key responsibilities:
-Reporting to Financial Controller
-Closely work under Financial Controller’s direction
-Closely interact with BCJ finance team on daily basis for related work
-Closely work with Customer Service for issuing sundry sales due to customers’ requests.
-Corporate Card expense reports review, posting to system, and arrange payments
-Monthly/Quarterly reports to regional and group controlling team for intercompany reconciliation.
-Support FP&A and business partnering
-Actively participate Accounting/Finance related projects
-Arrange for payments and check incoming funds
-Interact with external auditors on audit issues.
-Interact with tax office on tax filing/ tax audit
Requirements
Education
- College or Bachelor degree in accounting or finance related are preferred.
- BOKI book keeping certificate (preferred)
Experience
- More than 5 years’ experience in accounting (in multi national companies are preferred but not mandatory)
- Good command of English, both in written and spoken (mandatory)
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Strong computer skills in Word, Excel.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills and other soft skills
- Familiar with SAP is preferred
