Job Description
IT Team Lead with specialized skills to expand the internal server and network infrastructure. A successful candidate will be who can build and lead a team of IT engineers who provide technical support for all the employees.
- Manage the IT team to provide IT service delivery for the organization, including corporate infrastructure & user support.
- Execute hardware configuration (hardware installation, OS setup, verifica- tion)
- Support compliance of policies and regulations
- Communicating effectively with end users, promoting internal policies and industry best practices.
- Support procurement of IT equipment, maintenance of software licenses and contracts for the corporate infrastructure.
- Maintain complete technical documentation, including inventory of IT assets
Requirements
- Proven hands-on experience supporting an hybrid environment (Windows, macOS, Linux)
- User management: Active Directory in an hybrid environment (Unix/Windows)
- Strong knowledge of networking concepts: subnets, NAT, VLAN, routing, VPN setups
- Familiarity with Linux: shell, scripting
- Security awareness and knowledge of authentication and authorization mechanisms (certificates, ssh public keys, RADIUS, etc.)-
- Systematic approach to troubleshooting IT issues
