They are the current market leader in their area in Japan and have over 40 facilities around the country.
The Role 職務内容
This is a Talent Acquisition/Recruitment Manager position. The successful candidate must be able to take a leadership position within the recruitment team, liaise with agencies, and be able to take a strategic look at the entire talent acquisition process in order to determine what steps must be taken in order to make it more efficient.
Minimum Qualifications 必要なスキル・経験
-Business level English proficiency
-Experience in a leadership position at a recruitment agency or as an in-house recruiter at a major company
