The Role
The Designer role sits in the  APAC Creative Services team is based in Tokyo, Japan.
The Creative team has the role of designing banners, and performing maintenance tasks to meet our client expectations and optimize their performance. Within the Creative team you will be responsible for performing creative design requests, according to the process and the related SLA. You will also be tasked with ensuring client advertiser success through daily design maintenance and improvements of campaigns.


Responsibilities
Work with cross functional teams on seamless design and implementation of highly scalable dynamic ad display campaigns.

・ Be responsible and have ownership for end to end solutions.
・ Develop technical expertise in next generation ecommerce advertising platforms.
・ Work in a fast paced innovative environment and be cool under pressure.

Requirements
•2 year institute degree an Art or Graphic Design related field and minimum 3 years of relevant work experience.
•Advanced skills in HTML and CSS and web work experience in multi-byte character countries and knowledge of Java script is preferable.
•Excellent working knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator.
•Excellent understanding of graphic design and a basic understanding of design principles.
•Native in Japanese and fluency in English are required.
