Job Description
 Revenue recognition assurance based on USGAAP
 Regular communication/consultation with Regional Controllers Group in Hong Kong to ensure the appropriateness of revenue recognized for each client contract
 Work closely with Account Services Team to ensure the appropriate revenue recognition
 Monthly closing and reporting to Regional Controllers Group in Hong Kong (Region) and US HQ
 Review of client contracts in conjunction with FP&A Group and Legal Department:
 to ensure clarity of terms such as those relating to method of remuneration, scope of work, third party costs, payment terms and vendor credits.
 to provide value-added suggestions/guidance to the contract terms for the benefit of each business from both commercial and compliance perspectives
 Participate in commercially driven initiatives across all business lines
 SOX controls assurance
 Preparation of various ad hoc reports for US HQ and local management
 Handle local and US regulatory audits (accounting, SOX, tax, global clients),
 Involvement in projects to improve internal process to promote effectiveness and efficiency
 Various ad hoc assignments as needed

This position will:
 Gain hands-on experience on reviewing client contracts and agreements and work closely with Region.
 Gain in-depth understanding of working in a dynamic, global atmosphere across a broad range of businesses while handling variety of tasks in reporting to Region and US HQ.
 Future rotation to other groups within Finance Department may be available based on the skills and performance of the candidate.
 Opportunity to directly work with overseas Regional Controllers Group in Hong Kong as well as Senior Managements in Japan.

求める経験・スキル
Skills andExperiences 
　　　　Solid hands-on accounting experience and technical knowledge of USGAAP.
 5+ years of experience in Accounting/Finance - CPA preferred
 Fluency in Japanese and English (oral and written) is a must
 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
 Highly motivated and willing to challenge status quo
 Good business acumen
 Willingness and ability to go beyond the assigned tasks
 Self-motivated and proactive person to grow as a finance professional

Salary budget up to 6.5MY plus OT(negotiable)
