Italian Luxury fashion brand is looking for a store planning specialist
Job Description
1.Store Opening
-Support creating for project approval documents to HQ
-Handle imports good: communication with vendors, control schedule and budget
-Handle professional photographer's schedule and attend the shooting for store openings
-Manage lighting focusing and security check, check defect maintenance by suppliers
-Follow up the assets records for finance team
2. Store Maintanance
-Daily maintance: Handle outsourcing company for store maintenances
-Yearly maintenance: Discuss and verify yearly action plan created by suppliers
3.Budget and expense management
-Input in budget format our budget under store planning manager indicate
-Manage costs within budget
4.Administrative work
-Manage furniture in warehouse
-Manage interior material samples
-Manage monthly invoice
Requirements
-English in business level (minimum writing and reading)
-PC skill: Auto cad, excel, word, power point
-Architectural and interior knowledge
-Relevant job experience working in architectural or interior field
-Bachelor degree in architecture
-Negotiating& problem solving
