French Luxury fashion brand is looking for MCT sales& service coach

Job Description
1.Coaching
To encourage staff to make spontaneous actions to develop/ improve his or her service through MCT coaching.

To achieve this, Sales& Service coach will:
-Support staff to make them realize/ identify their strong points and areas for improvement through observing& listening the "live" session with cilents (or/and roll play) and facilitate to make individual action plan
-Make boutique managers understand the importance of MCT and to be proactive stance in developing their staff
-Share staff's action plan with managers to have them observe/check the progress on the daily basis


2. Cooperate with the other departents: Especially with CRM,HR,Learning&Development

-Work with CRM to analyse the client experience barometor and make action plan accordingly
-Work closely with L&D to prepare training plans
-Participate to company project(s) to support/ensure that quality of our service

Requirements
-Preferable to have more than 2 years in sales and/or after- sales
-Fluency in Japanese is a must; business level english proferred
-Time management skill (frequent businesss trips required throughout the year)
-Passionate and enthusiastic
-Interested in/attention to other people, empathy (including active listening, observation skill)
-A team leader, cooperative with other people (including boutique manager, other departments, etc)
-Logical thinking, way of explaining and approach
-Understanding (or willing to undersand of the influence/relationship between
