Job Description
You will mainly handle accounting of AP, using ERP system (Oracle). You will be also required to assist in compiling documents for monthly and annual accounting by importing data from the in-company system and making necessary Excel report.

Requirements
Accounting costs regarding book publishing such as printing cost and royalties etc. and AP such as advertising expense
(The number of accounting per month is approximately 300)
Accounting royalties and withholding tax for authors and translators
Accounting product costs
Managing manufacturing expenses account
Making account headings
Managing bank accounts
Preparing payment records(Shiharai-Chosho)
Supporting in-company departments
Filing documents etc.

Additional Job Information
【Required Skills】
More than five-year accounting experience in business companies
2nd grade of The Official Business Skills Test in Bookkeeping or comparable accounting knowledge and skills
Business experience of Excel (you will be required to use Excel functions such as vlookup, sumif etc. and basic function such as pivot table)
Other PC skills (usage experience of Word and Access)
Intermediate level of English proficiency (you will be required to communicate via e-mail. A TOEIC score of 700 or above)

Work experience in foreign companies.

A person who willingly engages in supporting other in-company departments and solving business issues in Accounting preferred
