Job Description
Key Responsibilities:

Managing the invoice for out-going payment and creating bank data timely, accuracy.
Booking invoices and expenses with appropriate GL account and cost center.
Travel expense management
Journalizing and posting invoices from group companies and domestic/overseas vendors for fixed assets in SAP
Checks on shop expenses based on clients sales reports, communication with employees & suppliers/vendors and input in timely manner
Monitoring and distributing shop PL utilising Hyperion
Handling petty cash
Providing support on group financial report, internal & external accounting audit
Support the finance manager in all AP related projects.
Communicate and liaise with Group Finance and Administration and Group AP
Month end closing under IFRS and local GAAP for assigned accounts in accordance with accounting principles and reporting so that the organization has a full and accurate statement of its financial position.

Requirements
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Complete familiarity with Microsoft Office or equivalent tools
Good communication skills in both Japanese and English
Knowledge of IFRS, local GAAP, and tax
Ability to pay close attention to details
Strong process understanding of accounting relevant processes
SAP experience preferable

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:

University degree or adequate education preferable in accounting or business
3-5 years of experiences in Accounting and 2-3 years engagement in AP tasks, preferably in apparel industries
Bookkeeping - 2 kyu
