Company Overview<br/>Industry leading personal devices insurance company.<br/><br/>Job Description<br/>The successful candidate will lead a variety of projects to include, infrastructure, security and or application development with medium and complex uniqueness. These projects will have cross functional impact and medium system span. He/She will develop project plans, risk analysis, training plans, communication plans, etc to ensure project success. He/She will assist with establishing project budget scope, timeline for medium to high complex projects. Facilitates regular cross-functional team calls and accountable for overall initiative success. Produce weekly status report to key stakeholders and senior management teams.<br/><br/>ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: <br/>Develops project plan and drives project milestones<br/>Spearhead and manage all projects through all projects phases from initiation to closure<br/>Accountable for meeting agreed upon scope, cost, schedule and quality measures<br/>Role requires excellent oral and written communications, interpersonal, negotiation, and project planning skills<br/>Apply risk management assessment in project planning / ongoing execution and resolves issues and conflicts associated with management of low to medium size project efforts.<br/><br/>Requirements<br/>PROFESSIONAL COMPETENCIES: <br/>Successful track record of working through barriers and delivering results<br/>Ability to build and maintain relationships and partner effectively across internal and external teams<br/>Proactively identify and meet customer and stakeholder needs<br/>Excellent oral and written communication skills<br/>Must be fluent in both English and Japanese<br/>Ability to think strategically and translate strategy into practice<br/>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills<br/>Strong change management and facilitation skills<br/>Demonstrated aptitude towards high standards for quality and performance<br/>Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills with a hands-on management style<br/><br/>EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: <br/>Minimum 5 years project management experience including management of large complex projects with large cross-functional teams<br/>Demonstrated experience with project management methodologies as well as a solid understanding of industry best practices<br/>Expert knowledge with Project, Excel and PowerPoint<br/>Bachelor’s Degree required<br/>PMI – PMP or PgMP preferred<br/><br/>
