ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
o Develops project plan and drives project milestones
o Spearhead and manage all projects through all projects phases from initiation to closure
o Accountable for meeting agreed upon scope, cost, schedule and quality measures
o Role requires excellent oral and written communications, interpersonal, negotiation, and project planning skills
o Apply risk management assessment in project planning / ongoing execution and resolves issues and conflicts associated with management of low to medium size project efforts.
o Role will be required to handle up to 5 low to medium size project simultaneously
o Triages incoming project requests, elicits detailed information from clients, connects appropriate resources for project requests and owns the navigation and follow-up of the request though our service delivery pipeline.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
o Minimum 2 years project management experience including management of medium complex projects with medium cross-functional teams
o Demonstrated experience with project management methodologies as well as a solid understanding of industry best practices
o Proficient with Project, Excel and PowerPoint
o Must be fluent in both English and Japanese
o Bachelor’s Degree required
