Job Description
The Corporate IT Department is seeking a skillful Salesforce Architect for internal systems. We're one of the biggest SalesForce users in Japan and many use cases are existing varied with the business requirements. Several implementation/customization projects for SalesForce are running in parallel group-wide. You may find many opportunities to experience SalesForce related technical challenges and collaboration with the actual internal customers to be supported.
As CoE for SalesForce development and management, we're searching for an experienced Salesforce architect to lead and support our internal SalesForce projects and technologies. This role is expected to collaborate with other engineers in Japan and global. We are planning to build a global SalesForce development team, so experiences working with off-shore engineers are welcome for this position.
We're proactively verifying and acquiring new technologies for SalesForce and other cutting-edge platforms, and evolving our service to the next level on a daily basis. This position may require the mindset to chase those new technologies and contribute to our businesses by utilizing them.
Responsibilities:
Contribute to Salesforce implementations and customization tasks from system design / configuration point of view
Support SalesForce implementation projects to understand the business needs and interpret them to the appropriate designs
As CoE for SalesForce, provide technical support to our internal SalesForce engineers to maximize the productivity for our global SalesForce development activities
Minimum Qualifications:
Experienced to lead the SalesForce implementation/migration projects as the technical architect of SalesForce (for Sales Cloud / Service Cloud)
Development skills for the APEX to fully customize the functionality of SalesForce (on Classic or Lightning)
Ability for business analysis to optimize the business requirements into Salesforce's best practice
Official certification of Salesforce (Administrator or Developer)
Preferred Qualifications:
Joined global project for SalesForce implementation and lead the technical implementation with off-shore engineers
Team management capability for SalesForce administration or development (over 5 members)
