Finance Controller/FP&A - All Levels

They are currently on the lookout for an exceptional candidates to join them as their Financial Controllers to oversee respective business units that are continuing to grow.

Job Description
- Manage and oversee the full spectrum of accounting, finance and tax functions across the group, including the management of the team, liaising with external auditors and tax agents to ensure compliance with statutory audit/tax/legal requirements
- Review group and company management accounts on a monthly/quarterly/annual basis, from both a business unit basis, consolidated basis, HQ reporting requirement basis
- Review group financial forecasts including commercial P&L and cash flows for business planning and performance review
- Manage/oversee cash flow projections of the Group/company to control payment and collection schedule to achieve efficiency in cash management system
- Formulation and review of financial operational processes including oversight functions, cost control, operational finance procedures

Requirements
- Bachelor degree for Finance or Accounting
- 5 years or more of experience in finance management in a large multinational environment
- Good knowledge in accounting standards and tax laws
- Provide leadership, coaching and training to enhance the team's capability and effectiveness
