Company Overview
Our client is a fast growing FINTECH company in the entertainment industry. They are currently looking for a standalone head of internal audit who will have the chance to take ownership and grow their own internal audit team from scratch in the near future. This brand new position will be an essential and integral part of the company.
Job Description
You will be in charge of developing a plan and managing its implementation for the yearly internal audit for the whole company as well as for its overseas branches. Furthermore, you will be executing the actual audit as well as be responsible for the revision of internal regulations, improvement of the business flow and managing other audit related tasks.
Going on business trips to HQ and other offices overseas and meeting and connecting to business partners will be a significant portion of your job.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of practical experience in internal audit is a must
- Someone who is flexible to go on sudden business trips
- CIA certificate and interest in blockchain is a plus
- English (fluent), Japanese (conversational), Chinese is a plus (business level)
