Job Description
Enhance business relationships with key business stakeholders

Manage and support team members (Currently 2 members)

Control and manage budget/Actual costs

Conduct vendor management

Create & Maintain short and long term plans for BI/HIP(Hybrid Integration Platform)/S&M(Sales & Marketing) aligning with Global initiatives
Lead BI/HIP/S&M projects

Control project management activities including scoping, risks and issues, and internal and external resource

Leverage global best practices and accelerate the standardization of business processes by collaborating with Asia Pacific Zone and Global counterparts along with business partners

Interpret business needs and wants into tangible and practical solutions

Support the ongoing running of applications, including pipeline management and issue resolution.

Requirements
Experience of business relationship management

Experience of team management

Experience of budget management

Experience of vendor management

Experience of project management

Experience of business/system analysis for BI/Integration/Sales & Marketing

Experience of working in consumer goods company or retail company

Knowledge of Database (SQL, Database design etc.)/BI technology/ETL

Business-level English and Japanese (meetings will be conducted in English and Japanese)

A ‘can-do’ attitude and a willingness to work with others in close collaboration.

To be able to inspire and influence business stakeholders based upon best practices and industry experience
